Scope of Work

Our team was engaged to perform a rapid and precise 3D laser scan of a commercial property in Miami to support renovation planning. The scope included complete documentation of the exterior, interior, and roof areas, enabling the design team to work with current and accurate building conditions.

Methodology

Using the Leica RTC360, we captured 121 high-resolution scans in a single day. Thanks to the scanner's speed and on-site registration capabilities, we were able to document the entire structure efficiently while maintaining the high level of accuracy required for renovation and modeling.
