Privacy Policy

Bimbranch (offices in Miami, Tallinn and Alicante — contact: info@bimbranch.com) is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.

Data we collect

• Quote form: name, email, phone (optional), subject, message, site language and — for attribution — how you reached the site (referrer or campaign, e.g. "google.com" or "campaign / email").
• Analytics (with consent): aggregate browsing data via Google Analytics 4. See the Cookie Policy.
• We collect no special-category data and use no automated decision-making.

Purpose and legal basis

We use form data to answer your inquiry and prepare quotes, and to keep a record of business contacts (CRM). Legal basis: taking steps prior to a contract at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in managing business relationships (art. 6.1.f). Analytics relies on your consent (art. 6.1.a).

Recipients

Trusted providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), MongoDB Atlas (database), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (DNS/infrastructure) and Google (analytics, with consent). Some are located in the USA; transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. We never sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiries and business contacts are kept while the relationship is active or until you ask us to delete them; analytics data is kept in aggregate form per Google Analytics retention settings.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to info@bimbranch.com. If you are in the EU you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

Google sign-in and Google Drive (Bimbranch Panel)

Bimbranch's management application (Bimbranch Panel, at www.bimbranch.com/admin) uses Google in two ways:

• Sign-in with Google. We receive only your basic identity — name, email address and profile picture — to know who is signing in and which role they have. We do not read your email, contacts or any other data from your account.
• Google Drive (Bimbranch team only). Team members may connect Google Drive so the application can read the project files they choose — point clouds (E57) and BIM models (IFC) — convert them and display them in the viewer. The application never modifies, deletes or shares Drive files, and never accesses files that were not chosen. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google account permissions; the granted tokens are stored encrypted and used only by the application itself.

Bimbranch's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
