Bimbranch was tasked with delivering a high-accuracy Scan to BIM model for an existing pump station. The objective was to provide a detailed digital twin to support renovation, maintenance, and future expansion planning.
 

Process & Technology
 

• 3D Laser Scanning: Using the Leica RTC 360, one of our partners captured a comprehensive point cloud of the pump station, ensuring precise documentation of pipes, pumps, valves, and structural elements.

• Point Cloud Processing: Data was processed to remove noise and enhance accuracy before conversion into a highly detailed BIM model.

• BIM Modeling: We developed a LOD 300 Revit model, incorporating mechanical, electrical, and structural components for seamless project coordination..
