Project Overview:

For this project, we delivered a comprehensive BIM model of an existing middle school to support upcoming renovations and long-term facility management. Leveraging high-precision 3D laser scanning technology, we accurately captured the building’s as-is conditions and developed a coordinated LOD 300 Revit model. This digital twin serves as a reliable foundation for design development, planning, and cross-discipline coordination.
